Students mentors are there to help new students get the best out of University. They offer one-to-one meetings with students to make sure you feel at home here in Essex.
MaPSA is a free student led group offering social, welfare, academic support networks for Mature and Part Time students at Essex. There's democratic representation through forums, political campaigning, election representatives and making sure the voice of Mature and Part Time students is heard. The International Students Association is similar to MaPSA but, as the name suggests, is for international students. They run lots of events and celebrate cultures and backgrounds, bringing people together at the same time.
